FAQs

Do we offer a student ticket aka can I attend for free?

If you can’t support us financially, support us with your time by volunteering! Give us half a day and the rest of the conference is yours! Sign up here.

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

Yes! While we don’t want to exclude our community’s up and comers, unfortunately the venue we have selected has a liquor primary license which means all attendees must be 19 years of age or older.

We most likely will be streaming the event for all who cannot attend.

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

BSides Vancouver 2017 is located in the downtown core at 560 Seymour Street. There are lots of transit and parking options available for you.

How can I contact the organizer with any questions?

If you have any questions or concerns please contact us at [email protected]

What’s the refund policy?

Tickets are non-refundable. While we would like to be flexible with our community, dealing with refunds takes away valueable time from the organizing of the actual event.

If you have sumbitted a paper and are accepted we will refund your ticket.
